PHDA team has pioneered research in the areas of HIV and STI, generating and using evidence to develop effective programmes and policies. The team was among the first to initiate HIV prevention and treatment programme for sex workers in Kenya, laying the groundwork for evidence-based Key Population programming. In partnership with the Ministry of Health, NSDCC, NASCOP, and county governments, we provide technical support, policy guidance, and capacity-building.
